Being in the Leadership profile in Mount Litera Zee school as a subordinate to the Principal, in the VP capacity, Delhi Public School as Headmistress, S.S International School, Karnal as Senior Principal, an adept as a school Leader cum senior Principal, at the Goldcrest High school, under Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh Foundation Trust, Mumbai, she has been an activist with regards to implementation of CBSE reformative policies; she was nominated as the Lead Collaborator Principal by CBSE, in Karnal Haryana. (HA 2985- HUB ID). The school head of Isabellas International stands committed to transact quality education and act as a catalyser in igniting the intellectual spark in each student.
She aspires to stand as an unshaken pillar of the De-colonised Education system, and dreams to handhold the future generation so that they may evolve as complete Human beings with a robust value system- perfectly unyielding in upholding the educational ethics.

After gaining a Science degree and an MBA from premier institutes of Mumbai, and having worked for more than 30 years, I decided to put my job in the corporate world on the back seat, to pay heed to my true calling viz. teaching Yoga.
I am currently teaching the students of Isabella Global School in Pune. My unique (fun and edutainment) and effective way (using my own children as models) has appealed to many schools.
