Terms & Conditions

Fees
  • The term fees should be paid between the month of April and September.
  • Bus / Van charges must be paid along with school fees, if the child avails Bus / Van facility.
  • Summer camp, van fee is paid separately.
  • Fine of Rs.50 per day will be changed as late fees.
Leave & Absence
  • Parents are requested to ensure that their child is regular & punctual.
  • Vacation dates to be strictly adhered to.
  • The child’s leave application should be signed by the parent/guardian is required to be submitted on every absenteeism.
  • The application should be written on the special page ‘Absence Note’ provided in the calendar.
  • In case of sick leave, medical certificate by a registered medical practitioner should be attached with the application.
Assessments
  • Regular class assessment will be done for every term.
  • The system of continuous assessment for student is skill based. Child progress will be discussed at every PTM.
Recommendation for Parents
  • Parents/guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities.
  • Parents should see that their children complete the homework daily.
  • Parents/guardians are requested to ensure that their child carries the calendar to school daily.
  • All homework and communication for the parents will be written in the calendar.
  • Parents are requested to read and sign the same.
  • Parents are requested to notify the school authorities of any change in the contact details.
  • Parents / guardians are requested to send all the notebooks and books to the school as may be requested.
