Bus / Van charges must be paid along with school fees, if the child avails Bus / Van facility. Summer camp, van fee is paid separately. Fine of Rs.50 per day will be changed as late fees. Leave & Absence Parents are requested to ensure that their child is regular & punctual. Vacation dates to be strictly adhered to. The child’s leave application should be signed by the parent/guardian is required to be submitted on every absenteeism. The application should be written on the special page ‘Absence Note’ provided in the calendar. In case of sick leave, medical certificate by a registered medical practitioner should be attached with the application. Assessments Regular class assessment will be done for every term. The system of continuous assessment for student is skill based. Child progress will be discussed at every PTM. Recommendation for Parents Parents/guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities. Parents should see that their children complete the homework daily. Parents/guardians are requested to ensure that their child carries the calendar to school daily. All homework and communication for the parents will be written in the calendar. Parents are requested to read and sign the same. Parents are requested to notify the school authorities of any change in the contact details. Parents / guardians are requested to send all the notebooks and books to the school as may be requested.
