Terms & Conditions
Fees
- The term fees should be paid between the month of April and September.
- Bus / Van charges must be paid along with school fees, if the child avails Bus / Van facility.
- Summer camp, van fee is paid separately.
- Fine of Rs.50 per day will be changed as late fees.
Leave & Absence
- Parents are requested to ensure that their child is regular & punctual.
- Vacation dates to be strictly adhered to.
- The child’s leave application should be signed by the parent/guardian is required to be submitted on every absenteeism.
- The application should be written on the special page ‘Absence Note’ provided in the calendar.
- In case of sick leave, medical certificate by a registered medical practitioner should be attached with the application.
Assessments
- Regular class assessment will be done for every term.
- The system of continuous assessment for student is skill based. Child progress will be discussed at every PTM.
Recommendation for Parents
- Parents/guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities.
- Parents should see that their children complete the homework daily.
- Parents/guardians are requested to ensure that their child carries the calendar to school daily.
- All homework and communication for the parents will be written in the calendar.
- Parents are requested to read and sign the same.
- Parents are requested to notify the school authorities of any change in the contact details.
- Parents / guardians are requested to send all the notebooks and books to the school as may be requested.
